Full payment is due by October 1, 2025. Please see the “Rules and Regulations” for details. MNS will invoice you after receiving this application. The $2,500 will cover space for two people. Each additional person is $250.

Cancellation Policy

MNS must receive written notification of the cancellation of the exhibit space. If the exhibitor cancels this agreement, the money paid to MNS shall be retained as follows: For cancellations received more than 30 days before the opening of the meetings, MNS will issue a refund of less than $250 administrative fee. If cancellation is received less than 30 days before the opening of the meetings, no refund will be issued.

By signing below, I warrant that I have read, understood, and agree to all the contract terms, including the Rules and Regulations (page 5) for exhibitors. Additionally, I certify that I am authorized to execute this Agreement and that it is legally binding and obligates the company identified above to the obligations and duties outlined in this Agreement.
