Become an Exhibitor

If you wish to exhibit, please contact Dianna Poulin directly, as exhibit space may be full.  However, some spots may open up for those who do not meet the 10/1/2026 payment deadline. 

 

The Maine Neurological Society (MNS) is hosting a conference to promote scientific education and dialogue around neurological care in Maine and beyond.  A committee of neurologists and neurological practice providers sets the program.  The 2026 Fall Conference will take place November 20-21, 2026, at the Harraseeket Inn & Event House in beautiful Freeport, Maine.

Full payment is due by October 1, 2026. Please see the “Rules and Regulations” for details. MNS will invoice you once we receive this application. Please click here to view the benefits for each package. Each additional person is $250. Pay with PayPal today (you still need to submit this form).

Cancellation Policy

MNS must receive written notification of the cancellation of the exhibit space. If the exhibitor cancels this agreement, the money paid to MNS shall be retained as follows: For cancellations received more than 30 days before the opening of the meetings, MNS will issue a refund of less than $250 administrative fee. If cancellation is received less than 30 days before the opening of the meetings, no refund will be issued.

By signing below, I warrant that I have read, understood, and agree to all the contract terms, including the Rules and Regulations (page 5) for exhibitors. Additionally, I certify that I am authorized to execute this Agreement and that it is legally binding and obligates the company identified above to the obligations and duties outlined in this Agreement.
