Full payment is due by October 1, 2026. Please see the “Rules and Regulations” for details. MNS will invoice you after receiving this application. The $3,000 will cover space for two people, breaks and meals. It will also include an invitation for dinner at the Members Meeting the evening of October 20th. Each additional person is $250.

Cancellation Policy

MNS must receive written notification of the cancellation of the exhibit space. If the exhibitor cancels this agreement, the money paid to MNS shall be retained as follows: For cancellations received more than 30 days before the opening of the meetings, MNS will issue a refund of less than $250 administrative fee. If cancellation is received less than 30 days before the opening of the meetings, no refund will be issued.

By signing below, I warrant that I have read, understood, and agree to all the contract terms, including the Rules and Regulations (page 5) for exhibitors. Additionally, I certify that I am authorized to execute this Agreement and that it is legally binding and obligates the company identified above to the obligations and duties outlined in this Agreement.
